Giving Part 2
Before I begin today here is a picture of the two matriarchs of this family. Sue and Cindy have always lived near each other since birth. They currently live one short mile from one another. It's normal to find them hanging out either playing games or entertaining friends together. Although they have very different personalities, I don't recall ever witnessing any ugliness between them! Sister friends - what an amazing relationship!
Cindy Sue
My Aunt Cindy - She is really someone special too. As we all know, this life is not an easy one and Cindy has definitely had an abundance of heartbreak throughout the years. But you know the saying: when the world hands you lemons, you make lemonade?...well, Cindy has made lemon meringue pie over and over again. If you want to have fun, just hang out with Cindy. She is always up for an adventure and she will make fun out of anything! She is the first one to plan a crazy scavenger hunt or to organize a spa trip to Mexico with all of her friends. She has traveled all over the world- she even went to Turkey twice not realizing that she had already been there! It's a joyous way to live your life! She is a light. She is also, like Sue, a giver of her time. She has been volunteering for the Blind Association in Pittsburgh for years raising money for important research. It takes time, creativity, and patience all of which she offers freely and lovingly. If she is not traveling or volunteering, you may find her in her garage pour painting her latest new creation. (Rumor has it that she does this naked; however, I will not post any pics EVER of that!) The Dance by Garth Brooks is one of Cindy's favorite songs because of the beautiful lyrics. Really LISTEN when you have some quiet time to reflect.
